Apple Dumplings 
3 Granny Smith Apples
2 Packages of crescent rolls
2 sticks butter melted
1 cup sugar
1 can of mountain dew

Peel, core & roughly dice one apple & place in bottom of pan.
Peel & core remaining apples cutting each into 8 wedges.
Unroll crescent starting w/ the wide end.
Seal apple in roll & place in 9x13 baking dish. Repeat until all apples are used.
Mix sugar with melted butter (will not dissolve entirely) & pour over dumplings.
Pour Mt. Dew along the edges of the pan
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon & bake for 45 minutes or until golden @ 350

Lemon Pudding Cake 
1 Lemon cake mix
1 Package instant Lemon pudding
4 eggs
¾ Cup water
¾ Cup Veggie oil
1/3 cup frozen orange juice
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons of Veggie oil

Mix first 5 ingredients & bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
Let cool & poke holes in the top of the cake w/ a fork (several holes)
Mix remaining ingredients & pour over cake & let harden
